 SPPC and Ernst & Young host DRIVE FOR CHARITY Golf Tournament. |

| SPPC (76/Circle K) together with Ernst &
Young hosted DRIVE FOR CHARITY on December 18, 2004 at the
Leo Palace Resort. The tournament benefited three non-profit
organizations: KPRG, Guam Visitors Industry Education Council,
and the Guam Junior Golf League. |
