Brian Y. Suhr - President/CEO/Director
Brian Suhr, a shareholder and director of SPPC, graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1986 from the University
of California at Los Angles (UCLA). Brian also graduated with
a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Real Estate
Development with emphasis on finance, from the University
of Southern California (USC) in 1989 and 1992 respectively.
In his professional career, he served as an economist for the
Guam Department of Commerce, a financial analyst for the City
of Los Angeles, a Planning and Development Administrator for
the Guam Housing Corporation and Guam Economic Development Authority.
Since 1995, he served as president of Hanom Investment, Inc.
a company engaged in commercial and residential real estate
development projects and other business ventures on Guam and
Saipan. |

Michael S. Hahm - Exec. Vice President/COO/Director
Michael Hahm, a shareholder and director of SPPC, graduated
from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor
of Arts in Business Administration.
Michael has an extensive background
in business management, having served as vice-president of Amity
Investment Group, Inc., a firm that owned and managed service
stations and convenience stores throughout the Los Angeles area.
Since in 1995, Michael has served as the executive vice president
of Hanom Investment, Inc., a company engaged in commercial and
residential real estate development projects and other business
ventures on Guam and Saipan.
Without losing focus on South Pacific
Petroleum Corporation, Michael still serves as the president
of Deco Corporation, a company engaged in the importing/exporting
of hotel furnishings and various real estate development projects
in Los Angeles and Korea. |

Robert Koeppen - Vice President, Commercial
Bob Koeppen is originally from Buffalo, N.Y. where he graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geosciences from the State
University College at Buffalo. His continuing education includes
Environmental Studies at San Jose State University in California
and job related training.
Bob has been in the oil industry for
over 20 years. His diverse background includes 13 years with
Chevron, with experience in Exploration, Cost Estimating & Scheduling, Engineering on the Project Arguello, and a Special
Corporate Assignment on the Career Enrichment Team.
He moved
to Guam in 1992 and worked for Exxon where his responsibilities
were in Commercial Business, with a focus on LPG. |

Doug Dean - General Manager
Doug grew up in the small country town of Linton, Australia. He graduated from Melbourne University in 1976 with an honors Degree in Civil Engineering.
After graduation he worked for a Consultant Engineer until he joined Shell Australia in 1981 as a project engineer.
At Shell he worked in engineering and operations roles, mostly in Terminals, in Perth and Melbourne prior to coming to Guam in 1992 as Shell Guam's Agat Terminal Manager. Doug has 25 years experience in Supply and Distribution, 14 years of experience with ensuring Guam's fuel supplies, and has been directly involved with elements of Cabras Terminal's operation and supply for more than 10 years.
Doug is married to MiSuk with whom he shares two sons. He has two other sons from a prior marriage. |
