1. By applying for and using Power Pass, the participant agrees to be bound by the current Power Pass Terms and conditions.
2. Power Pass participants must complete and submit a Power Pass Participant Application in order to receive and use Power Pass.
3. Points may be earned at all 76 and Circle K Guam locations and participating 76 and Circle K Partners for qualifying purchases as specified by South Pacific Petroleum Corporation using approved payment terms.
4. Points will not be accumulated for the following purchases:  phone cards, third party purchases (i.e. concert tickets). See store, dial *476 or visit our website for details.
5. Participants must present a valid Power Pass to earn points.  The tag must be presented at the time of purchase to be eligible for points.  Points will not be awarded without a valid Power Pass account.  Points not collected at the time of purchase will not be credited.
6. Only one Power Pass account per customer will be allowed.  Points may not be combined or transferred between participants, unless included in an authorized group by South Pacific Petroleum Corporation.
7. Power Pass coupons or discounts may be redeemed at any 76 or Circle K Guam location, or any of our participating partner locations unless otherwise specified.
8. Valid "Cents Off" fuel discount coupons/offers can be combined, unless otherwise specified by South Pacific Petroleum Corporation.
9. To be accepted by a participating Power Pass location or participating Partner, reward coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged.  Duplicates of original reward coupons will not be accepted.  Validation of Power Pass account may be required in order to redeem reward.
10. Lost, stolen or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.
11. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation may substitute any rewards or prizes with those of a comparable value without notice.
12. Valid "Cents Off" fuel discount coupons/offers can be combined, unless otherwise specified by South Pacific Petroleum Corporation.
13. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation, 76/Circle K are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points, your Power Pass may be replaced at the discretion of South Pacific Petroleum Corporation.

13a.  A small transaction fee may be charged in the event your Power Pass needs to be replaced.  This fee may apply only if the customer wishes to transfer their previous account credits/points to their new replacement pass account.

14. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation, 76/Circle K will not be responsible for any errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or fraud.  In the event of phone line outage, purchases will still earn points.  However, redemption coupons and status reports will not be available until phone line service resumes.
15. All Power Passes are the property of South Pacific Petroleum Corporation and pass ownership does not transfer to the Participant. 
16. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation may cancel any Power Pass account at any time at its sole discretion.
17. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation may amend the Power Pass Participant Terms and conditions or specific Power Pass promotion at any time.  It is the participant's obligation to keep informed of the latest power Pass Terms and Conditions.  A copy of the Power Pass Terms and Conditions will be available at our corporate office or can be printed from our website at www.sppcorp.com/powerpass/tc.
18. South Pacific Petroleum Corporation reserves the right to terminate the Power Pass program at any participating location at any time without prior notice.
19. Employees of South Pacific Petroleum Corporation may not participate in the Power Pass program.
20.  No purchase necessary to participate in random prizes associated with the Power Pass program.  However, the use of a Power Pass is required to participate.
21.  Power Pass Reward Coupons will expire 30 days from the day they are printed.
22. Power Rewards and Power Plus Rewards are based on availability; allow 2-8 weeks for delivery of some items. 
23. The trademarks identifying various prizes offered are the property of their respective trademark owners who are neither sponsors nor endorsers of this program.  Actual items may differ from those shown.
