call MCB's customer service at 472-2740/41, provide your fleet
card account number and bank information.
• MCB Office Drop Off/Mail •
All checks
must be made payable to MCB.

Automatic Direct Debit •
One time sign up. Fill-in application. This option is an automatic
deduction from your checking account. With your authorization,
your current fleet card bill will be charged to your checking
account on the 25th of every month.
Proof of payment will appear on the next billing cycle.
