This is a one time set-up

VIP Fleet Card Online Payment
This option provides you with the convenience of scheduling
your payment date and amount anytime at any day within the due
date of the 25th of each month. For your records, proof of payment
will be sent to you via email. Your online password access will
be sent to you via email on the next business day

Your application will be forwarded to SPPC Fleet Card Dept.
and MCB for processing.

I authorize APAS (Marianas Credit Bureau) and the financial
institution named above to initiate entries to my checking/savings
account. This authority will remain in effect until I notify
APAS (MCB) in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford
the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on
it. I can stop payment of entry by notifying my financial institution
3-days before my account is charged.
